wooah. take a step back, Leah.

meeng-gah-bou
(hello if african)
How are all you wonderful people out there?
I am good, and I have been dyingggg to blog!
I have been reading this book,

"Revolution in World Missions." It is about this man named K.P Yahannan.
He is a missoinary, and his book tells about his story, and all that wonderful stuff! (:
Anywaysss, a lot of completely amazing things have been brought to my attention while reading this!
A lot of things that I would love to share with you people. (:

I think one thing that has really slapped me across the face while reading this book is,
How selfish Americans areeee!

Can anyone agree with me? I mean, yes. Americans are good people, and don't get me wrong. I love America, and all of the beautiful Americans out there, but man oh freaking man. We are some selfish human beings, for real! There is a part in this book where Yahannan is in America, attending a Bible College. He was talking to a friend from Dallas, and his friend was talking about a new church that is being planted. Yet, it is a $74 Million church. Then, there is another church going up a few minutes away from that church that costs. $7 Million. Don't get me wrong friends, building churches, freaking awesome. But, Yahannan said that with this money, 7,00 Churches could be built in Asia. 7,000.

I love the fact that there are people out there building new churches, and preaching the gospel! I love it, but when you can give, not all, but when you have that much money to build one church. When you could build thousands, and talk to people that have never heard about Jesus Christ. It tore my heart. It may be a little different for me then some other people because I am going into missions, and my heart goes out to third world countries. Yet, I just couldn't come to terms that $74 Million was needed to build one church. Gaa!

I feel like I am just ranting, and I am sorry! So, I decided that I would look up some facts. These are based off of Africa, because I feel God tugging my heart in that direction right now. But please, take a look.
1. 6.6 Billion people are homeless in Africa.
2. About 548 People die a day, according to statistics.
3. That means, over 200,000 people could possibly be going to hell a year!
That is why, I have made it part of my mission to step out of my comfort zone and talk about this. To think that so many people are dying and going to hell because they never knew about Jesus Christ hurts me. They never had a chance. They were never given one. A want an army, I want an army to build up and to pull out their swords (Bibles. hehehe.) and fight this world/ I want an army to step out of their comfort zone to speak of Jesus Christ and save thousands of people. I want this army to give these people a chance. A chance that they might never have had.

God, I pray that you build up a strong, powerful fearless army. That you would stir their hearts to step out of their comfort zones, and speak of you. That those people that don't have a choice otherwise would open their ears, and that you would soften their hearts God. I pray a blessing over everyone. God, work. Work us like you never have before. Aaaaaamen. (:

Holla to my mothaaaa'. (:
